Reclaiming Yourself Again! Finding Your Voice and Inner Strength!

Healing from the Inside Out-Retrieval of the Lost Self.
Loss of self can happen through grief, childhood trauma, or painful relationships. I help women gently reclaim their inner strength through integrative methods such as Internal Family Systems, shadow work, and somatic practices. Together, we will honor your pain while rebuilding trust in yourself and awakening the wholeness that has always been within you.

Mothers & Grandmothers
Miscarriage, stillbirth, fertility struggles, or the heartbreak of perinatal and infant loss. These sacred losses deserve tenderness and memorial meaning-making activities. I also help grandmothers navigate the layered grief of supporting both their child and grandchild through heartbreak.

Helpers Holding It All In
Nurses, doctors, therapists, first responders, clergy, teachers—you’re trained to show up for others. But who holds your grief? This space honors burnout, moral injury, and the accumulated losses of caregiving.

Those Facing a Dark Night of the Soul
When grief feels like everything is being stripped away—identity, certainty, even faith—I walk with you through the dark night toward renewal and rebirth.

Adult Children & Caregivers
When dementia, Alzheimer’s, or terminal illness reshapes your parent, grief begins long before death. Together, we find language, ritual, and steadiness for anticipatory grief and the exhaustion of caregiving.

Teens & young adults (16+)
Adolescents and young adults face losses often dismissed by adults—friendships, identity, peer deaths, family transitions. I provide a grounded yet creative space where feelings can be expressed through words, art, or mindfulnes

Couples & families
Grief often exposes different styles of mourning. One may cry, another may stay silent, another may dive into work. I help families communicate, create remembrance practices, and honor differences while staying connected.

How We’ll Work Together
We move gently, at your pace. Some days may feel heavy and others surprisingly light—both are normal. A typical path looks like:
Grounding First: Learning how grief shows up in your body and emotions, and building gentle tools (breathing, journaling, boundaries).
Exploring the Loss: Honoring memories, facing the waves, finding safe ways to express anger, sorrow, or guilt.
Meaning-Making: Rituals, storytelling, spiritual practices, or simply discovering what life feels like now.
Reclaiming Life: Exploring joy, relationships, creativity, and purpose—without leaving your loved one or your grief behind.
